I love woods and mountains

I was unfortunate enough to purchase a home from this realtor. To say they cut corners would be an understatement. Shortly after buying the home I discovered that the floor of one of the additions they built was rotting and instead of replacing the rotting wood they simply covered it up. Some of the plumbing joints under the home came apart because it was held together with silicone. Most of the work they did was not to code and it will cost me somewhere around $15,000 in repairs to fix. It was sold under appraisal but unfortunately the appraiser did not do a thorough inspection of the interior and it will cost me. Stay away from any home they did “upgrades” to.
