I live in the TOWN of Mayfield and that means I have the UNFORTUNATE experience of having Gloversville for my Post Office! On time? Never going to happen! They SHOVE BOXES in my mail box on the regular! Today was a box of flowers clearly marked THIS SIDE UP laid on the wrong side (upside down) and destroyed! I live on the road. It would take these lazy people FIVE SECONDS to drop it on my porch but no. Instead they shove it in and use a rubber band to hold my mail box shut. They have ruined and failed to deliver more stuff than I care to mention! They should be held accountable for their terrible service! I seriously sick of them! NEVER using their service again! NEVER! If I cant get it delivered by another company, it wont be mailed to me. They wonder why they are losing so much business! THIS IS WHY!
Mail hasn't come to me in three weeks. Have had four pieces of mail sent to me.
I spoke to Melody and she was very quick to help! I have called many Post Offices all around the US and I can tell you this is the only USPS office that has helped me and done their job right! I greatly appreciate you Melody!!!
