A couple weeks ago she had gone to the store on one of the hot days we had. When she was at her car she realized she misplaced her keys. My mother-in-law told us that she had tried looking for her keys for a while and could not find them. In the mean time multiple people had passed and by the time a young woman noticed her she was in tears and beat red. This young women assisted my mother-in-law in finding her keys that she found in the store, had her go inside and got her water because being in the heat for so long she had heat exhaustion and also helped her contact my brother-in-law. My brother -in - law insisted in picking her up. This young woman waited with her until he got there. In the mean time they started a conversation and the young woman told my mother-in-law that she had just recently moved to the area because of her significant other. Her significant other happens to be the owner of Castaline jewelers where my mother-in-law and her husband along with my brother-in-law and sister purchased their engagement rings and wedding rings.
We tried to go and make a purchase on Monday but due to the holiday the store was closed. When my family comes back into work we will be going back to Castiglione jewelers.

Called castiglione to see if they where open they said "yes until 5" we said "okay we will be right over" Arrived to the store at 440 and the doors where locked. Two women behind the counter watched us. Never came to the door or asked if it was something quick. We got in our car and 15 minutes later they walked out. We had VERY VERY STRONG intentions of making a fast $2000 purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted. We will take our money elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly! I was visiting Gloversville from out of town, and needed two watches fixed. They took care of the first right away, and advised me that the other was unfortunately not repairable. They assisted me as soon as I walked in, and made me feel right at home despite the fact that I had two rambunctious five-year old boys with me. My experience with Castiglione was very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They all had nothing but good things to say about the owner of the store when they had bought their rings, however the compassion and help this young woman has shown to my family outside of the business is greatly appreciated and respected. This act of kindness has shown the type of people they are as a whole and not just in their jewelry store.
My mother-in-law was telling my wife and I about an incident that had happened to her a couple weeks ago. She is elderly and has trouble getting around as well as becoming forgetful.
