These guys have been great from the start. Any issue I've ever ran into these guys have been able to help or point me in the right direction. Family oriented atmosphere. Not pushy yet very helpful with product knowledge and finding the right device for every level of vaper. If you're new to vaping or looking for a shop close to you go see these guys. They make sure you're happy before you walk out of the door!
I've dealt with Vapor Geekz with both purchases and returns, they were very pleasant and professional. They were able to answer all my questions and explain items to me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff along with a great variety of vape juice and products. Pleasant atmosphere to top it off. Highly recommend for your vape needs.
I've been going to this store for years and had my first problem with something which wasn't the store's fault (manufacturer defect). Within 10 minutes after troubleshooting, I was walking out of the store with a new device and a spare battery for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond with their customer service, and I can not thank them enough. Honesty and Integrity are rare these days, but VG has both. Thanks guys.
They had my vape juice and also a great vape i purchased very reasonable and I lime that they are open alot more than other shops
The staff is knowledgeable about all things vaping, but apparently aren't familiar with the prices of items. I purchased an RTA that I was told costs $40 and a coil making kit that I was told costs $50. When the total came up higher than expected, the clerk said "the coil making kit came up as $60. I still wanted it so I accepted the price difference. When I got home my wife said "that still doesn't sound right". I checked the receipt, and sure enough, the RTA that I was told cost $40 rang up at $50. Had the same issue a few years ago when I bought a sigelli 150 that rang up $20 higher than quoted. Either there's a little "bait and switch" with pricing, or the clerks need to check prices before stating prices. I'd really like to believe the later. I'll certainly go back, because I believe in supporting local businesses and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but they're going to have to put up with me asking them to verify before purchasing.
