Worst experience ever! DONT EAT HERE! It was just me and one other table, waited an hour for a rude lady telling us mcdonalds is quicker go there! Food was awful, $10 antipasta with chopped up paper thin cheap deli ham, one olive sliced and skins of a tomato chopped up. Pizza was cold with frozen sausage. I said I didnt want the eggplant that we could clearly see the cook microwaving and putting her finger in to test temperature. RUDE AND AWFUL FOOD!

This review is long-overdue, but from reading some of the recent complaints, my own complaints still seem to hold-up so it seems worth finally noting.

Great food

When they first took over the building from Leonzo's, my uncle and I decided to give them a shot. My uncle went in, wishing to purchase some of the already-made taerella (Italian cookies/cracker). The owner took the ice cold cookies from infront of the window (they, like many baked goodies, are best served warm), and with his bare hands (which to my knowledge, it is against NYS law to serve food without gloves) and tosses the rock-hard things into a bag. If that wasn't enough, as my uncle goes to pay, a rather hairy man emerges out of the backroom, looking like he's worn nearly as much of the food as he's prepared, and in place of a hairnet, he's wearing a grungy-looking bucket hat.

.....nice staff

The food is good, and the service was great.

1st time eating here...the pizza I had was outstanding...but please do some updates and cleaning...we were handed 3 plates...out of 3 plates every single one had pieces of someone else's leftovers encrusted on them...to which we didn't use them...grabbed a slice and just ate...the tables need a good cleaning so do the condiments that sit on the table...the service was great ...pleasant and very nice...was like being served by my own mom without getting a slap upside the head...but will I ever return...not without some changes to the atmosphere and some major cleaning done to the place

Judging by some of the recent reviews, they still haven't learned. I know why people like them, because they serve huge portions for a pittance--which is enough for many locals to give most local establishments high marks, but what I don't know is how they don't have health code violations held against them.
